You! Drugstore tries to make placing your order with us as simple as possible. Please note that a NEW ORDER is any time an order is placed for a product that you do not have refills for with us. You will be required with every New Order to either mail us the original prescription or to have your prescribing physician fax it to us directly.
Currently you can place your New Order with You! Drugstore either online, by mail or by calling 1-855-968-6337 (1-855-YOU-MEDS). If you have any questions or concerns along the way about placing an order with You! Drugstore feel free to call and our friendly and helpful customer service staff will be there to assist you. Whether you just have general questions about ordering from an international pharmacy, or questions specifically about placing an order, we are here to help and answer any queries you may have.
When placing your first order with us, you will be required to provide us with your prescribing physicians information, as well as information about your medical history including allergies, surgeries and medications you are currently taking. This information is necessary for us to be able to review your order and ensure that you are not receiving any products that you may potentially have an adverse reaction to.
Although placing your order online is by far the most efficient method, we realize that some prefer the person to person interaction when calling in. Do not hesitate to call our friendly customer service staff to place your order and even spend a some extra time on the line with them to talk about any questions you may have or even just have a friendly conversation.
